This is a very lousy bank to deal with there is no 24 hour service to help you so if you out of town in its late better hope you don't have a problem with your card because there is no one to help only a second party number to call n report card lost r stolen I've never had a best card to were I can't even call in get my balance they really suck

Had an account with them for over 17 years and cancelled it today because I got stranded when they cancelled my card without just cause. Very limited branch locations and when I complained to the Arkadelphia office they made it seem like I was the problem and not the victim.
