Due too the hours the bank kept I had too do all my banking online and make my deposits through the ATM.

Today I received a threatening letter in the mail stating that the acct. I had closed OVER a month ago was $40 negative. When I closed this acct because of how unprofessional this company is, I was told everything was in good standing and given back a $30 refund. I was left under the impression that there were no issues. I have not heard of an issue from this acct until today a month later in a threatening letter. When I called the bank, I was given the round about how basically it was my fault for not keeping track in a register. Why would I keep records of a register of a closed acct? On top of that, why would I not hear there was an issue closing the acct until over a month past I was left thinking the acct had been closed? This is the most unprofessional and unorganized bank I have ever dealt with in my 25 years of banking.
The ATM was constantly out of deposit envelopes. There were issues with activating both my boyfriend and my ATM cards. The biggest issue was the online banking though. The balance would show the overdraft protection on the acct. So I would have too remember too subtract that balance each time too get my actual balance. My balance would change several times a day each time I checked it. One day it went from thousands into a negative balance too everything in between six times without me touching my acct. At one point I was told there was a $400 ATM hold on my acct, but they couldn't tell me if it was a hold for money coming in or going out. Either way it shouldn't have existed. I was told I would have too just wait for it too drop off the acct.
I did give this branch two stars, because I will say the employees were always very nice there. Unfortunately, being nice doesn't help with the accuracy of money I've earned.
