What I love about this store is that the people who work there are knowledgeable and friendly. When I ask about a game I will get their honest opinion about it, but they will also compare it to other games I like and play and see if it will be a good fit. Also once they get to know you they will automatically give you recommendations on stuff based on your likes and conversations you have. Another plus side is that they will let you know if you should wait to buy a game based on if there is going to be a special or there is something going on with the games software at the moment. But I really love is that I can call up there and say "hey it's Tyler again" and they will already be pulling up my account to help me out
