Dirty and old. The one in Rockport is way better.
Ice cream machine is always broken of course, my order is wrong 9 times out of 10. There were a few really nice people running the window but then there were seriously rude ones .
This McDonald's unfriendly crew slow service orders 99.9% of the time are are wrong ordered a mocha hot and they make me a iced mocha treat customers asthough there stupid now this does not go for all who work there just a select dew
best mcdonalds we have had in a while it was very hot and fresh and service was great! cant say the same about all mcdonalds!
The service at this McDonald is sub par at best. Every time I go through drive thru, the employees are distracted by cell phones or other media devices. My order is ALWAYS wrong. Food is often old and bread is often stale. I will not rank it a 1 star, as I have eaten at worse places, but this is for sure no higher than a 2 star. Terrible quality food and poor professionalism from staff. I have quit going to this one and started going to the other.
